About This Project
This commercial retrofit transformed an outdated office space into a contemporary, functional work environment. TPGC handled the complete interior build-out — from structural steel stud framing and drywall to mechanical upgrades and finishing. The project demanded precision scheduling to minimize business disruption while delivering a workspace designed for productivity, collaboration, and long-term durability.
Project Scope
From demolition to final inspection, every phase was managed in-house to ensure commercial-grade quality and on-time delivery.
- 01 Steel stud framing for new office partition walls to create private workspaces
- 02 Insulate all office walls with fiberglass batt insulation to provide acoustical value between units
- 03 Drywall installation, taping, and finishing of all new office wall partitions
- 04 Paint all office walls, install office doors complete with locksets, and apply vinyl base throughout
- 05 Complete demolition of existing washroom facilities and removal of all fixtures
- 06 Cut and remove concrete slab to rough-in new plumbing as per updated washroom layout
- 07 Frame, insulate, drywall, and finish all new washroom partition walls
- 08 Install two new washroom toilet partitions, vanities, and all plumbing fixtures
- 09 Install floor tiles throughout both washrooms and apply vinyl base to all finished areas
