TPGC successfully completed an office retrofit for an industrial client, aiming to cost-effectively create three additional office spaces. By installing partitions, TPGC was able to efficiently utilize the existing layout and avoid costly structural changes. In addition to expanding the office space, the project included a comprehensive renovation of the existing men's and women's bathrooms. These bathrooms were completely gutted and upgraded to provide clean and modern facilities, significantly enhancing the overall workplace environment. This retrofit not only improved the functionality of the office but also ensured a comfortable and contemporary setting for all employees.

Scope of Work​

Office 1, 2, and 3

• Frame office walls

• Insulate office walls with fiberglass batt insulation to provide acoustical value

• Drywall and tape office walls

• Paint office walls

• Install office door c/w lockset

• Install vinyl base​

Men's & Women's Washrooms

• Complete demolition of existing washrooms

• Cut concrete to rough-in plumbing as per washroom layout

• Frame additional walls

• Insulate walls to provide acoustical value

• Drywall and tape walls

• Paint drywall partitions

• Install two (2) new washroom toilet partitions

• Install washroom vanities

• Install tiles to floor

• Install vinyl base
