TPGC was tasked with increasing the overall value and functionality of a residence through the design and renovation of three bathrooms and one mudroom. The primary focus was on modernizing and optimizing these spaces to meet contemporary standards while enhancing aesthetic appeal. The bathrooms were transformed into luxurious retreats, incorporating sleek fixtures, stylish tiles, and innovative storage solutions. Simultaneously, the mudroom underwent a strategic redesign, balancing practicality and elegance with efficient storage and organizational features. The result was a harmonious blend of form and function that not only significantly elevated the home's market value but also provided the residents with a more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living environment.
